Apparently we are now a single-parent family. The Madwoman seemed a bit glum about it so we pointed out that it's having a family that's the important thing, not the number of wippitt parents in it.
We are rescue wippitts, so we know about these things.
And to look on the bright side, it will mean there's more turkey for us at Christmas.
