Sun!

Although it's not yet quite warm enough to get rid of our winter jackets completely,

today the sun was out, and after the recent Arctic temperatures it felt positively balmy and our spirits were lifted.

 

Definitely something to smile about!

Fun in the sun

At last! We knew it was on its way when we found snowdrops and even a cowslip at the end of the garden, while the pussy willow is busting out all over. But Spring seems to have finally sprung and the sun came out. Still a little bit too brisk to shed our coats, but at least there were a few rays to frolic in.

Archie ran round with his squeaky tennis ball.

And a good time was had by all!
