The Chiltern Open Air Museum is officially open again this weekend. Too much to hope that the Madwoman would take us on an Easter Egg Hunt: a village of tents has sprung up on the village green so it looks like we are instead to receive another lesson in History - otherwise known as Yet More Ways to Die Horribly ...
... or too young either. We learned that the age range in the two armies went from 8 years to 80.
We received admiring glances from some parading soldiers ...

This is more our sort of thing - an unattended cooking pot! Unfortunately we forgot to bring along our oven gloves. Foiled again.
